Short-Term Psychosexual Therapy (Individuals)

• Format: Weekly or fortnightly 50-minute sessions online (up to 8 sessions).
• Fees: Sliding scale starting from £30 per session (special rate during COSRT qualifying training).

Focus:

• Erectile changes and performance anxiety
• Pain, penetration difficulties, or post-surgical discomfort
• Disconnect between desire and physical arousal
• Navigating sexual changes on HRT or after gender-affirming procedures
• Unpacking sexual shame and anxiety around kink or sex cultures

Couples, Partnerships & Polycules (Coming in 2027)

Status: Opening in 2027.

I am currently focusing exclusively on individual psychosexual therapy to meet clinical training requirements. Therapy for couples, multi-partner relationships, and polycules will open in 2027.
